Cougs vs. Ducks

Two of my college football teams face off this year in the Las Vegas Bowl. I am handling the situation better than my mom who seems to be having trouble with the fact that two of her favorite teams have to play each other. I am cheering for the cougars all the way but I have the utmost respect for Oregon. Many of the BYU fans here in Provo have voiced there disgust that BYU has to go to the Las Vegas Bowl again and play puny Oregon. I hope the actual BYU team does not overlook the athletic ability and power that the Ducks actually have. I look forward to watching a good game, rising and shouting, and cheering the cougars onto victory.

Beautiful Girl

It is nice being able to be around a beautiful girl like Jessie that makes me look so much better.

Mountain Beauty

Going to BYU it is a real blessing to be able to look around and see fabulous views of the mountains in both directions. Some people have to look in magazines or calendars to see magestic beauty like these pictures show, but all I have to do is look out my window. In every season of the year the mountains are different and beautiful for their different looks. I was able to do some hiking in the summertime above sundance and this is what sundance looks like in the winter.

Working For Bishop

631E Scrapper, D8 Dozer, and Doug, Shaun, & I at lunch

Last summer I had the chance to work for my bishop doing excavation. It was hard work in the hot summer sun, but I got to work with a lot of great friends which made life a lot easier. I was able to live every boy's dream being able to drive around huge machinery like this 631E CAT scrapper and D8 CAT bull-dozer .

I've only just begun

All my sisters love this blog thing. I thought I'd give it a shot and see how things go. I figure it is worth a try.
